Hunt for Details

After purchasing a beautiful Toyota grand Highlander platinum edition in January and having the unfortunate luck of having a local detail shop in Watkinsville put ceramic coating on it that failed. I then had to take the car to Tint By Leigh to remove the ceramic coating and do some Tint work on it. She had recommended that I get a specialized detailing treatment from somebody that could take care of the more finite details of getting my car back to where it needed to be I’m so grateful for Justin. I finally feel like I have the car that I should’ve had all along and now that it’s July I’m finally enjoying this beautiful Vehicle.

I am so impressed with this business. Absolutely AMAZING experience. I’m 8 months pregnant with my first and needed a good detail because of all the mud, dog hair, and overall buildup of 6 years worth of use with minimal cleaning. Not only was this a fast, easy process, they gave me a loaner car so I wouldn’t have to wait in the lobby (which is also very nice BTW). My car looks better than when it was loaded off the carvana truck into our driveway 6 years ago. I will be sending my husband here for his car next!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with the work Justin and the team at Hunt for Details did on my 2019 Honda Civic. My car had spent a long time parked under an oak tree and had accumulated years of sap, pollen, leaf debris, and environmental contamination. The sap had actually etched into the clear coat in many places, and the paint was looking tired and neglected. The interior also needed a full detail, including pet hair removal, and there was leaf litter and debris packed into the door jambs and other hard-to-reach areas. From the very beginning, Justin was honest, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, carefully inspected the vehicle, and gave me clear, fair pricing with no surprises. What impressed me most was that he didn't try to upsell me. In fact, after evaluating the paint, he actually talked me out of spending extra money on a two-step paint correction because he felt a one-step correction would provide the best value for my particular vehicle. That level of honesty is rare. Another thing that stood out was Justin's eye for detail. The car had faded red plastic door-edge protection strips that had been installed by a pr

I took my 1987 Porsche 911 Targa to Justin early in a Monday morning to do what he could with its old, tired looking mostly original paint and the paint chips on the doors and under the side mirrors. I had been seriously considering having it completely repainted at a cost of $15,000. I got it back Friday of the same week and was in absolute shock at how great it came out! It looked like it had been repainted!! All the paint chips were touched up so they’re not even visible. The paint has a beautiful shine to it with its new ceramic coat. Even the interior looked amazing. The next time I take it to him I will have him fill in the cracks in the leather in the interior and re-dye it. The entire job was $1500. Money very well spent!

Justin and his team did an excellent job. After a long drive back from West Virginia, my car’s exterior was absolutely filthy-covered in salt, bugs, and grime. The front windshield had multiple scratches from snow removal, and they were able to get it looking brand new. They even cleaned the bike rack, which was a great extra touch. Highly recommend!
